Eligibility for Refunds

  • Duplicate payment

  • Service not delivered as agreed

  • Project cancellation before work begins


Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • SEO and marketing campaigns already executed

  • Custom design and development work


Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide written notice for cancellation. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.


Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
